DRK with Vampire Cloak, Parade Gorget, and Sigil refresh will get the latent for free while in WotG areas at night! Not *terribly* useful, but 9% haste on a gaxe is nice even if just for skilling up. --Kuldin 23:42, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
