Throwing Skill
Apparently, throwing skill on Samurai actually is a C+ skill and caps at 230 at level 75. I just found this out after capping it with my Trollbane. (I edited the article to reflect this.) -Norym

read the Samurai: Ultimate Guide by Gregedor at the bottom. It goes over equipment guides for endgame builds.
