Yes it does if you have this in your mog as the most powerful item. If you boost up fire you will get overwhelming. I have this on my old Main that was San d'Orian. You can see that it is by the type in the statistics section ^^ --Nynaeve 17:07, 31 October 2006 (EST)

Just an FYI, If you by chance have this and the imperial standard in your MH they appear to cancel each other out since they are both the same aura strength and element. --Kravitz 05:23, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
