Not a fun fight

These guys can be pretty nasty . They Absorb Water Elemental Damage (like Puks and Wind) and one of the Ooze moves, which is a cone, inflicts a multitude of Negitive Affects such as Bio , Rasp , Incumbered (i think thats what it's called. it makes you naked , very naked) and Corrosive Ooze can be a Nasty AoE if it has enough TP . The respawn very qwikly . i would say 3-5 minutes . They wouldnt be bad to EXP on as long as you have a WHM and maybe 2 tanks in case one gets naked .I got hit with it a few times as SMN75/WHM37 and took an Average of about 100 DMG . 150+ was the highest .i also counted 6 spawns while camping the NM spawned by these , but they pop so qwik it was hard to count during the 45 minutes I Hunted . --MIKUMARU 16:36, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

Resists

While soloing these as 70 SCH/RDM so that i can pop Dyinyinga i'm pretty sure they have the same trait as the NM, which is a increasing resistance to Gravity and Bind. I found as the fights whent on the duration of bind and gravity was a lot shorter, this could be a trait for the whole species rather than just the NM. Zeekk 16:11, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Fuscous Ooze effect duration

In main page is written that the Fuscous Ooze avoid to equip for 1 minute or more.It was exactly 30 seconds for me.--Lobby 19:03, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
