Gives Protect and shell? It has a seperate icon, and even if it gives similiar effects it should stack with protect and shell. I'll have a look and test it. --Gisselle 10:53, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

That is exactly what the help text displays when the ability is used. I do believe it stacks with protect and shell spells as it is considered a separate bonus. --ЩåΫķẮ †Talk† 23:16, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

Can someone verify that it is in fact +10% Defense and 10 MDB? The Calculating Magic Damage page states that it is -4% MDT, which I'm guessing might be the correct value, since the in-game states that it is a Shell effect, which is MDT rather than MDB. --KyteStrike 04:15, November 30, 2009 (UTC)
