Latent effect conditions

I don't believe you need less than 100% TP to activate the latent.

That's entirely possible, but every other 70 single job latent earring and the latent effects page says TP ≤ 100%. I haven't researched it personally, so I don't know. --Thalandor46 09:10, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

its not. farming with it atm, and with it, walmart turban, and fuma sune ate, i have 32 sec recast on utsu2. just casted it with 180 tp, and still, 32 secs --rOg \ TaLk 19:39, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

That's "less than or equal to", so 180 TP wouldn't trigger it if the condition was TP < 100%. --◄Chrisjander► t/ c 21:34, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
