How much is the addictional effect %?

It's 100%.

Just got this Katana last night, and the additional effect isn't 100%, though it's a fairly decent proc rate. The effect does between 10-12 damage, which adds up pretty fast when you swing as fast as a Ninja.--Zatias 19:44, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

proc rate was reported as "low" by 2 posters. need more info to be confident. drop rate from NM reported very low from many posters. seems credible. --Kerah 18:05, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

another source here, NIN playing with it for last year (Julto) says night time proc is about ~30%, and 9-12 dmg avg on T mobs. seems very unlikely that anyone got a 100% proc rate on it excep maybe a certain day/moon hidden effect? --Kerah 18:54, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
