What kind of verification is needed on the paralyze effect processing more on Ice Day. I can testify to it in personal experience ... every time I'm out and I notice it processing VERY frequently, like every other hit, it's Ice Day. Outside of Ice Day it hardly processes at all in my experience. --Fretion 19:56, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
