Removed the line "The move phase needs to be 90%+ waxing. If it drops to 93% or less waning, you won't get the CS." as it is redundant. -Ariant 15:37, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

How is it redundant since the statement of >90% is not entirely correct. The statement I posted points out the flaw in previously said statement. +1 edit count ftl. - Yunalie
