Also, ordered my Token on April 8th. Unfortunately it was shipped via USPS which is not available in my area, after contacting support I have been told after it has returned they will re-ship the token via FedEx. Digimancer 01:50, 30 April 2009 (UTC

After I ordered my Token, I asked a GM if they can send my postage via FedEx, I've been told it is impossible, just USPS. Mostruash 10:45, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
Never arrived
Anyone else have had ONLY problems with this thing? I ordered mine in April. It never arrived. Every four weeks, Support would tell me another date on which they had "sent" the token. After 7 months or so, they now stop answering to my requests. First I was told in reply to a support ticket, that they would no longer answer questions to this. Then I called the support center, I was told they will not answer to my question, but wish me a nice day. Right. Then I wanted to write another support ticket, what does it say now in the FAQs/Information centre? "We're sorry, we cannot answer inquiries about the shipping status of security tokens." Anyone else had these problems? I guess I'll have to contact a lawyer, and other people never having received a security token would help with the case. --Elvaron 17:06, November 18, 2009 (UTC)
