MP recovered

I think the base should be (skill/10)+1, tested on skill 100(33), 109(33), 110(36) with 300 TP. ((100/10)+1) * 3.0 = 33, ((109/10)+1) * 3.0 = 33, ((110/10)+1)*3.0 = 36. --Zcecil 10:28, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

With a Club skill of 111 and TP just over 100 each time, I regained 14, 13, and 14 MP with three uses. --Anobi 04:04, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
