Could you explain how this could work as a retro-tame? Im level 17 now, and either using stay or heel results in the monster gaining hate for me, and my pet doesnt die, it just stays there while I take hits.

Does anyone have information on the claim that HP regeneration rate varies depending on the maximum HP of the pet? It would be my assumption that the regen rate is constant. The variation would be in the percent healed. IE if the regen rate were 5hp/tic and the pet had 100hp they'd be getting 5% hp every 3 seconds, where as if they had 1000hp they'd be getting 1% hp every 6 seconds. If that is what the article means, it isn't clear. --Aeolus 10:41, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

One piece of information that might be relevant for this page. If you hit stay when your pet's injured, wait 17 seconds and hit leave, 3 seconds later your pet should recover 10% of it's HP back. Usually takes 20 seconds like a normal person would to recover one tick at the beginning of healing, and the same goes for pets. Mykezero 13:53, November 23, 2009 (UTC)
