If I had to guess, it's a rare drop from assault coming from the "??? head". Someone has received the Storm Manopolas from "??? hands" after assault. --Nivlakian

In case anyones wondering, it looks exactly like Homam Zucchetto. Very freaky to see on a lvl 50 RDM when you've never seen it before. Apelila 09:45, 6 July 2007 (CDT)
