If a summoner wears this set plus the HQ elemental staff of their chosen avatar. It is possible by going the the cloister of said avatar on the avatars elemental day, to reduce the perpetuation cost to 1 mp per tick. (as zoneing does not affect perpetuation it is instead determined by the INITIAL summoning circumstances.) Further testing is needed.--Gigaflare 18:33, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

That is false. Perpetuation cost changes dynamically with each click. If you have the horn equipped on a matching weather effect, you will get the -3 cost. As soon as the weather effect goes, the cost jumps back up. Same with the body and day change. -- Yuanlung 2009-07-25 00:32 PST
