That is true. I confirmed it tonight on my 75 RDM using this sword.

Normal - 322 Attack

Windsday - 332 Attack (+10)

There's no need to put "Hidden affect: piercing damage". It's a rapier. All rapiers have that. --Noodles355 18:49, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
