I believe this quest may require level 6 or more Jeuno fame. At level 5 Jeuno fame: 'Hello, <Name>! A good deal of people here in Jeuno know about you! And they all say you're quite the do-gooder! Thank you for serving our fair city. Keep up the good work!' I was unable to get this quest. The message Bluffnix gave me was 'Your bag is as big as ours, I don't like that one bit'. After increasing my fame to a higher level he gave me the quest.

-Confirmed, requires level 6 Jeuno fame! Same thing happened to me.

Currently unable to get it with fame level 6. (Note: Trial registration, so no expansion codes plugged in. Since it requires CoP ingredients, perhaps it requires CoP registration?)Kalua 07:07, November 3, 2009 (UTC)
