Tornado Edge Conal Attack?

I was somewhat in front of an Orcish Strongarm in Campaign a few minutes ago and it hit me though I wasn't engaged or indeed did I have any hate whatsoever on it, could this be frontal rather than single target at least in campaign? --Siniroth-Hades 22:50, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
