I dont know about this item for sure, but usually these kind of items' latent effect is no synthesis support and under level 60 craft skill. If someone could verify that, it'd be great

I believe this stacks with synthesis support, as I got a 0.1 skillup and an HQ on Steel Bullets (Smithing 30) at Smithing 26 w/ Advanced Support and Trainee Hammer - Yourmomsfantasy, Seraph
- this does nothing to tell you if it stacks with synth support or not. HQ rate would be the same at 27 as it would be at 28. And you only did one snyth with one HQ, that's not nearly enough information to draw any conclusion about anything. Tahngarthortalk-contribs 20:39, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
