I'm having trouble getting this quest as 60 MNK. When I talk to Ayame she tells me to go see a guy in Port Bastok about the Moblins. I suppose I'll have to finish that quest first. >_<

Nope, you don't need to do that. What you do need to do however, is finish the AF boots quest (The First Meeting). Once you've done that you'll get this one. --Valle 00:28, 7 January 2007 (EST)

me too I can't start it cuz I started "Out of the Depths" Quest and can't start this AF before finishing this quest...I already did my Feet AF Quest.

ok I found it , if u started quest "Out of the Depths" you have to finish it before u can start "True Strength" for MNK AF.

Since the feather goes in the treasure pool after killing the yag, you can actually get this before you're on this quest if you're helping someone else. Just bring an extra yag drink to fight the yag a second time. There is a 5-15 minutes cool down before you can pop the yag again. --Kaivalya 21:02, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
