It may be that you can only receive Vellum from Tucker while the quest A Little Knowledge,which unlocks the job Scholar, is flagged/active. People who have already completed the quest, by buying the Vellum from the AH or by crafting it, have reported that they are unable to get it from him when returning later.Resheph 03:45, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
