Testimonials:

• Trioed easily by skilled players as long as a good tank and some light healing are available.
• Duoable with SMN/WHM and another job capable of binding him when SMN needs to rest for MP.
  • Depending on the summoner's merits, Predator Claws can deal between 1500-1970+ points of damage.
• BLU is a nice addition for this fight. Head Butt Tail Slap and various other stun spells made a big difference as he couldn't get a spell off. Tried to Head Butt him the other day and it didn't stun him, didn't test Tail Slap though.
  • Head Butt can stun him, but it's not reliable, especially after 3-4 stuns.
• Soloed by 75 RDM/NIN, stopped using shadows half way and just used the appropriate barspell vs. each attack spell that was cast by the NM. Normal attack damage against Phalanx was very low (8-20). Not very challenging for a solo AF3.

Ulbrecht Fight

RDM/PLD made this fight to easy. Fight took 8mins, he never did more then 50 damage with spells, and his dagger never took more then 2 damage. My hp never went down with regen on.
