Talk:Upper Delkfutt's Tower

I was playing around the tower today and was wondering what the hidden area on the 12th floor is for? It seems to be nothing but a stairwell, identified as C on the map. It seems that no NMs or chests are up here, and it doesn't lead anywhere. I haven't seen any mobs up there for that matter. Is it just wasted space?
