Walkthrough

I'm reluctant to write a walkthrough for this op myself. I did the op earlier but at first glance it seems no different than Vanguard-X I (S) other than the reward obtained. Even the 30 minute timer remained constant.--Almacien 09:43, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

i am currently ribbon rank 4 and unable to get this OPS to show up in the list is there any other requirements besides doing the teir 1 and having rank 4 ribbon to do this?
