What exactly does this water do?

i'm fairly sure it's 5% HP/MP, not 50.

It's definitely 5%. 231 max MP, was getting 11mp. (rounded down from 11.55)
It broke my TP
The <tp> command showed my TP, but the bar that shows filling TP didn't fill immediately after I used this drink and lasted for about five-ten minutes thereafter. I couldn't convince the game to let me use my TP until my bar returned, even though <tp> showed 300%. Was this a glitch or an unmentioned drawback? --Lordshadow 22:09, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

I haven't tested the water on a low level job but I'm sure it gave 50 hp and 50 mp. Maybe it's 5% and caps at 50? Most food and stuff caps like that. Aramiltaru 03:08, 23 January 2008 (UTC)Aramiltaru
I got a completely different result.
I wound up getting HoT instead of instant HP and MP recovery.
