i've been using this weapon on beastmaster 24-26 while exping on the placeholders for Falcatus Aranei. it appears to have 1% stun rate and i haven't resisted slow once. However, INT may be a modifier, as i noticed in my experience with Cruel Scythe and Cruel Spear. --vm0d March 17, 2007
