Tested it is infact allied notes not EXp as prior thought that determines Rank Evaluation, the amount for these may have been decreased as hinted via the last patch. Milotheshort 07:52, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

I was able to rank up to these wings with much less than 40k Exp., approximately 15k from Campaign Battles 5 days after the last evaluation. I am removing the 40K experience requirement from the main page. --Klauss2269 19:41, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
