Ah, I see, the Wiki engine for this site is not up to date, defaults for templates are not available. Still it would be useful as we could use {{{1|Water}}} instead of {{{1}}} Thus making the use of {{Water}} instead of {{Water|Water}} availabe. As it is you can use {{Water|Water Crystal}} and get Water Crystal

I actually like them. Makes you not have to remember the code for the earth or ice color. And is simpler than the general code for color text. --Gahoo 07:22, 1 June 2006 (PDT)
It also has the nice effect that you can change the template and affect every where it is used since it's like an "include" statement in programming languages. This means that if you subseqently decide to change the shade of a particular crystal globaly you don't end up having to go arround in all the pages and change them in every single usage spot.
