• Talk to Imasuke.
  • If you are on the quest Hook, Line, and Sinker, you may have to talk to Imasuke several times until he mentions Delkfutt's Tower.
• Trade Imasuke (he's standing at the entrance to Qufim) a Kaiser Sword to complete the quest.
  • This drops from Dancing Weapons in Qufim, or can be purchased at the Auction House
