Walkthrough

Trade at least nine crystals to an I.M. guard, or repeat the Fetichism mission to earn enough rank points to be offered the mission.
If Cid does not give you a crystal, a crystal dropped from a monster or purchased from the Auction House will do.
  • Trade the crystal to the Telepoint.
  • Take the Faded Crystal back to Cid to obtain the C. L. Report.
  • Talk to Ayame inside the Cannonry at (K-7) in the Metalworks to complete the mission.
    • You can get a somewhat amusing dialogue if you speak to Naji before going to Ayame

Game Description

Mission Orders
Find a section of the strange structure on the Konschtat Highlands that drains the energy from crystals. Bring a faded crystal back to Chief Engineer Cid for analysis.
