Walkthrough

• Talk to Bluffnix in order to trigger the quest and see if you can actually get it or verify your reputation through Mendi (H-8) across from Waag-Deeg's Magic Shop.
• Trade the Tiger Leather, Gold Ingot, Velvet Cloth, and Painite to him (these items can all be found at the AH and/or crafted).
• He will upgrade your Gobbiebag to 45 spaces!
• Your Mog Satchel, if acquired, will also be upgraded immediately to the same maximum capacity.

Summary

Bluffnix promises to enlarge your pack even more if you bring him the following: square of black tiger leather, a gold ingot, a square of velvet cloth, and a painite.

Edit: Mendi is not in the pub, he is across the street from Waag-Deeg's Magic Shop in Lower Jeuno.
