Walkthrough

• Travel to South Windurst Waters (S) and examine the right Rhinostery door (at J-9 of the second map) for a cutscene.

Check the southern most door; examining the other door will start a quest called Healing Herbs.

• Check it again for a second cutscene (optional).
• Bring a Mythril Beastcoin and travel to Giddeus in the present.
• Head to the second map (underground level) and go through the Wistaria Doors behind Uu Zhoumo at (F-7).
• Talk to Quu Bokye, who's walking around in the corridor on the right.
• Trade Quu Bokye a Mythril Beastcoin to obtain the Leather-bound Book
• Return to the Rhinostery in Windurst Waters (S), and click the southern door for another cutscene (if you want to make sure you have the right door check if the Leather-bound Book is mentioned in the cutscene).
• Then go to the Optistery (F-8 on the first map) of Windurst Waters (S) and examine the door for a cutscene.

Checking the door again will repeat a shorter version of the same cutscene.

• Travel to Meriphataud Mountains (S), and zone into Castle Oztroja (S) at K/L-8.

Yagudo and Gnats detect by sight, while the Jumbo Rafflesia detect by sound.

• Once inside Castle Oztroja (S) go through the Brass Door at the end of the entrance corridor.
• Locate the ??? at (G-8) heading East into the main room through the center tunnel, there is nothing blocking it like in present day. Be extremely careful in examining it. You will obtain a Lynx Pelt (Key item).

Yagudo in this zone are "Tough" to "Very Tough" to level 75. Be patient and wait for them to turn their backs if you do not have a quick escape.

• Bring a sheet of Vellum and return to the Optistery in Windurst Waters (S).
• Trade the Vellum to the door for a cutscene.
• Wait until the next game day.
• Return to the Optistery in Windurst Waters (S) for a final cutscene to receive your Scroll of Retrace.
