Walkthrough

• Talk to Agapito, who is outside the air travel agency in Port Bastok.
• Next you have to ride the San d'Oria-Jeuno Airship under the right conditions, which are nighttime and Full Moon (19:40 - 06:00 and moon ≥ 90%). Either direction will work.
• Search the rail of the ship for a ??? and check it. You will receive a Carrier Pigeon Letter (key item).
• Return to Agapito with the letter to receive your reward.
