Walkthrough
The player has been tasked with with exterminating insects in the Ruhotz Silvermines, and to co-operate with their party members to defeat a never-ending swarm of enemies. Each monster that is defeated will award points, and the total amount of points is displayed as a score at the end of the battle. In addition to the final tally, the number of points each individual scored is also revealed.
- The battle takes place in the Ruhotz Silvermines and can be entered through the gate in Rolanberry Fields (S)
- Only one person requires the Pest Repellent. To enter, have the party leader use the Pest Repellent and then inspect the entrance.
- 5 minute time limit
- Monsters rain down from the sky above, and once they reach the bottom they travel toward the area boundary and disapear
- Different types of monsters award different amounts of points:
- Adamantoise have high defense and are worth many points
- Bomb award medium points but may self destruct
- Slime award average points but provide a bonus to nearby players
- Lycopodium drop temporary items but have a special attack
- Beetle have slow movement and average points
- Goblins award average points but also drop bombs
- Defeat Pixie to enable fever mode
- Chain multiplier can provide up to 1.5x multiplier
- Enemies have really low HP, BLM -ga III will possibly kill multiple enemies at once easily. (Aerisss - Quetzalcoatl)
Additional Rules
- All beneficial magic will be removed upon entry
- Protect and Shell are cast upon the player upon entering
- Enemies don't link, aren't aggressive and are immune to Sleep
- Use the item Bottled Fay to exit, however you cannot return.
- Only the leader will have the Bottled Fay in their possesion

The Silvermines Pest Control Committeee is urgently recruiting dauntless individuals to aid in their extermination. Items found within the premises can be utilized at your discretion.
