• Talk to Benita; she's having problems cleaning her chimney but says her mother-in-law has a secret for doing it easily.
• Talk to the mother-in-law (outside at [I-5]), Tete, to find out about Bomb Ash.
• Trade a Bomb Ash to Benita to complete the quest.
