Merit Point Enhancement

• Category: Job-specific - Group 1 (Samurai)

• Limits: 5 Levels (Merit Point progression: 1>2>3>4>5 = 15 points total)

• Description: Each level of this enhancement decreases the recast time of Third Eye by 2 seconds, to a minimum recast time of 50 seconds.

• Note: Seigan ability cuts the base recast of Third Eye by half (from 60 seconds to 30 seconds). With 5 levels and Seigan the recast time is 20 seconds.
