• Category: Job-specific - Group 1 (Samurai)

• Limits: 5 Levels (Merit Point progression: 1>2>3>4>5 = 15 points total)

• Description: Each level of this enhancement decreases the recast time of Third Eye by 2 seconds, to a minimum recast time of 50 seconds.

• Note: Seigan ability cuts the recast time of Third Eye by half (from 60 seconds to 30 seconds with no merits). Therefore, each level of Third Eye Recast effectively decreases the recast time with Seigan active by one second, to a minimum recast time of 25 seconds.
