Job Ability

Expends a throwing tomahawk to inflict a special defense down effect on an enemy.
Obtained: Warrior Level 75

Duration: 0:00:30

"Special Defense Down" means that this ability will lower a mob's physical and magical damage resistance, should it have any.
Examples of mobs to use this ability on: Slimes, Elementals, Skeletons, Jailer of Temperance, etc.
If the mob has no damage resistance, Tomahawk will have no effect on the mob.
Tomahawk has no effect on buffs that increase a mob's defense such as Protect or Cocoon.
Consumes one Throwing Tomahawk per use.
Tomahawk has no effect on Stoneskin.
Tomahawk will generate a considerable amount of enmity on the mob it is used on.
Each additional merit upgrade extends the defense down duration by 0:00:15.
Currently Unknown/Untested if Tomahawk will affect Phalanx in any way.
