Walkthrough

• Belgidiveau thinks the watergate may have been poisoned and asks you to get a counteragent for it.
• Head to Bostaunieux Oubliette and talk to Novalmauge and ask him to make the counteragent.
• He needs you to get a Dahlia first.
• Trade a Dahlia to Novalmauge and receive the Neutralizer (key item).
• Return to Belgidiveau to complete the quest.
