Walkthrough

• Talk to Milazahn for Cut Scene.
• Talk to Cacaroon (G-11) in Aht Urhgan Whitegate for cutscene.
• Trade 1000g for an additional cutscene.
• Go to Wajaom Woodlands (D-12) and zone into Mamook.
• Go to (E-8) and check the Viscous Liquid for a cutscene. Note that the Poroggo are true sound aggro.
• Check it again to spawn Mamool Ja (NM).
  • Mamool Ja (NM) has about 4400 Hit Points.
  • A BST can easily solo the NM using one of the Brei (Slimes) just to the south.
  • A RDM or BLM can solo the NM using their highest Blizzard spell and Sleep. As a RDM75, it only took 8 Blizzard IIIs.
  • A PLD/NIN can solo this with little difficulty.
  • A Summoner can easily solo the NM using Fenrir.
  • Easy kill solo by SAM/NIN, open with Sekkanoki and a Skillchain. Meditate and go again.
  • A THF/NIN with capped evasion can solo the NM.
• Kill it and examine the Viscous Liquid again for another cutscene.
  • Examine the Viscous Liquid and get a cutscene after killing the NM. If you don't, you will have to kill the NM again when you come back.
• Return to Milazahn in Aht Urhgan Whitegate for the final cutscene.

Summary:

The ferocious "Two Horn the Savage" has been wreaking havoc around the Empire, but nobody knows the creature's identity or its whereabouts. You are to lead an investigation into the facts surrounding this frightening beast.

Notes

• The problem where this quest would block completion of Aht Urhgan Mission 4: Knight of Gold has been fixed.
• There still are people that have problems with this bug, and a GM on Bahamut confirmed that it is NOT fixed.
