Hilkiah is a Galka on Phoenix server, whose main job is WHM. I've been playing since the PS2 release.

Long story short, the name Hilkiah is from the Bible. He was a high priest under the reign of King Josiah. The story of Hilkiah is in 2 Kings 22, 23; 2 Chronicles 34. His name also appears in a few other lists of people in other places.
