Currently I am a level 8 recruit clothcrafter, although at the moment I am looking forward to start cooking soon. My ultimate goal before I hit level 30 on both characters is to get all the crafting skills to recruit rank and level 8 all around, I think that will be a good balance and help the rather short flow of cash I am having in game.
