I've been around since the beggining but have taken some long breaks (Military, School and life.
I'm slowly figuring out how to edit this page (when I'm not playing). It's gonna look bad/lazy for a while.

Help me out!!!

I have a question(s) / request(s)... Going to try and arrange my thoughts so they make some scene lol
For some time now, I've been wanting to upgrade the Template:Campaign Ops Checklist Alt. Originally created it because I wanted a simpler looking checklist than the normal Template:Campaign Ops Checklist.

I've been thinking to my self how can I upgrade it while still making it look simple. I eventually found the Template:ZNM Status Chart and Template:Zeni Point NM Checklist and thought that Template:Campaign Ops Checklist Alt would look great with both elements those pages have incorporated into one.

My thoughts were to make a page where you input your rank. Preferably like when you put the rank in Template:CampaignOpsTableOp (star4 or emblem2). Somewhere on the top of the checklist it would show your rank (Golden Star, Iron Emblem of Service). Entering rank will show the Ops currently available up to your rank and those with unknown rank requirements.

Would also like to keep the nation selection option so you get sent to the right place when you click an Ops.

The page would be displayed basically the same way Template:Campaign Ops Checklist Alt is now except it would be in boxes. Boxes are necessary (I think) to highlight or cross out the ones completed and hide the ones not available due to current rank. I think it will look cleaner without boxes but if needed it's OK.

My problem is I don't really understand the wiki code enough (and or if it's possible) to make it and get it to work right. I think if I had a shell/draft of something like that, I could get it to work. Think I'd just need one with 2-3 rank options and 2-4 Ops options (don't even need to be real ranks or Ops)

So, if rank1 grants access to Ops1; rank2 grant access to Ops2 and 3; rank3 grants access to Ops4
Having selected rank2 would have the Ops up to Ops 3 displayed while Ops4 is hidden.
Having selected Ops2 done. it would then be highlighted or crossed out while 1 and 3 remain normal.

With a working version of that I should be able to make the full one. I hope lol Any help is appreciated very much! :)

Mercenary Assessment (Rank progress)

This is the most important option that Abquahbah offers. You are told indirectly how many Assaults you will need until your next Mercenary Rank promotion. As you progress, you will receive the following dialogue (in order starting with fewest missions completed):

"At your current pace, you'll be doomed to a meeting with President Naja's spiky “friend”."

"If you want to dig yourself out of that pit, you've got to hit the Commissions Agency and run up some successful Assault missions.... (That's the only option left to you...)"

"Hmmm. You seem to be out of the woods as far as being beaten to a pulp goes, but you're still somewhere south of the middle."

"Hello... Seems someone has been a good little mercenary. You have some glowing reports from the Commissions Agency here. You've finally pulled yourself up to the borderline between worthless pile of beaten pulp and respectable employee."

"Let's see now. A few more successful missions and the president herself might have a word with you. Keep this up and the next mercenary rank is not far off!"

When you are able to rank up, you will be told:

"Hello, hello. You'll be hearing from President Naja any day now!"

After getting Promotion Quest, Abquhbah will tell you:

"(Poor thing, you'll wish you'd stayed a worthless pile of beaten pulp...)"
