If you really want to use it, you'll need to edit the base template and replace the name variable with your name and change a few other things to make the template work by itself. But it's probably best if you didn't. As it is, i'm only going to use it sparingly.

Actually I was rather discouraged from using it, so I would prefer if you didn't. I might get in trouble if the template-of-a-template stuff bogs down the wiki. It's also a bit of a bother to use so I only want to use it for comments that I really feel the need to draw attention to.

Not sure exactly what you mean. NM information should go on the NM page and information about the items should go on the item page. So for example the Queenbug page has the information about killing that NM, and the Heavy Crossbow (which you can get from killing Queenbug, shows how to obtain the item, including in an augmented form from Queenbug. The same should be true of the Tenshodo Coffer augmented items. The quest pages show the walkthrough, the Key reward pages should show all the possible drops, and the item pages should show how to obtain the item, including in an augmented form from the Coffer.

Take a look at User talk:Milotheshort/Sandbox1. This is more along the lines of what has been done on the ANNM reward augmented items. I know less about these quests, but I think this is more along the lines of how it should proceed based on currently available information.
