Character & FFXIclopedia

I play a Mithra named Kalani off the Alexander server, along with an assortment of mules. "Kalani" is Hawaiin for the 'Sky' and 'Heavens'. No, I'm not Hawaiin. I am not a hardcore editor. I surf the Wiki, and am mostly concerned with updated grammer and literary context- mostly just adding and elaborating definitions/meanings and historical/mythological background. I study etymology and ancient culture; however, I know my knowledge isn't nearly complete. I don't mind being crossreferenced. I just offer for those who would care to know.

I have several projects in mind in terms of actual in game field studies for things such as crafting, cross-race competancy, and job performance. But as of now, this is an experiment and my profile editing is strictly narcissistic. Shitsureshimasu.

My main job is Dragoon, but only in the sense that it is my favorite, all my end game affected items are oriented towards it (for example, I plan to get Rajas Ring, and when I start getting merits, they'll be put into Polearm and DEX). I'm saving DRG for when I have all the gil, gear, and power in the world, so I can just enjoy it. I truly do love playing all jobs, however, and I plan to generate a tickler project based on playing jobs in the 'traditional' method (my WAR will tank, and RDM will melee- for example) to see their actual competance. Favorites after Dragoon, in order, are Paladin, Thief, and White Mage.

Accomplishments

This is a compilation of several checklists, ranging from Maps to Shattering Stars. For the most part, that page isn't really my 'accomplishments' as much as it is 'what I hope to accomplish'.

Sandbox

This is a link to the sandbox for the sake of the fact that I really don't understand anything internet once you get past typing and Google. I understand BASIC syntax, but this is an excelent tool for when you have absolutely no idea what all those brackets, asterices, and so on unfold together.
