Just wanted to point out that the raise EXP picture you posted proves the 100 EXP per action, since you got 50 allied notes (campaign exp is x2 allied notes you earn). Most likely, you got 60 EXP (even though you earned 100) because not enough time had passed for your rank to be given all 100 of it. Thanks.
