The Kingdom of San d'Oria

Introduction

Hm. Well. The Kingdom of San d'Oria, eh?
I must admit, I've not spent a large amount of my time in that Kingdom. The Elvaan are a very proud, and sometimes pompous people. But they are strong, and they are faithful, so they should welcome you with open arms.

Port San d'Oria
Northern San d'Oria
Southern San d'Oria

Even if it seems they are simply doing so to bolster their army's ranks.

But I digress. Indeed you should get a warm welcome upon your arrival. You will be given a standard-issue Adventurer Coupon, and told to present it to a certain representative. Usually, they're not too hard to find, as your welcomer will point out the person's location on your map. Take the time to get aquainted to where you are, and where you need to go.

Your first stop will be the representative you will need to trade your coupon to. Now, in order to do this, you will need to initiate a trade. First, select the NPC specified, go to your Main Menu, and select Trade. You will then get a small trade window. In this window, select a slot to place your Adventurer Coupon, then select the Coupon from the item list.

Enjoy your first taste of Vana'diel's currency.

Next, you will be referred to a woman named Alaune. She will be your first step into learning about your surroundings.

I might also add that if you happen to be a member of the elite Elvaan race when you are welcomed, you will find yourself a San d'Orian Ring in your posession. Not a bad perk, if I may be so bold.
