About Vyen
Hello-wello! My name is Vyenpaka-Kapaka, butaru you can call me Vyen, or just V. I'm 20 earth years old, and while I've been training mostly with White Magic in the past, I'm now trying to focus more on my marksmanship and archery skills. Us Tarutaru aren'taru very big, you see, and we getaru squished easily, so anything I can do during an adventure to stay away from the nasty Crawlers and Beetles while still benefitting the party is greataru. In addition to training as a Ranger, I've also picked up the new Kriegstanz Martial Arts style, and have become a fairly decent Dancer both on and off the battlefield. It's a shame I've noone to dance with, though...
I originally thought my parents both drowned when they fell off of the boataru heading to Selbina, butaru I have found much evidence to the contrary, and I'm currently trying to investigate my parents supposed death of over ten years ago. Since I lost my parents, however, I have made many new friends since then who have taken good care of me, including Mister Ruro-Kuro! He is a greataru person, and a good friend of mine who is always ready to help and offer his sage wisdom. We both are in Crystalline, a tight-knit community, along with Sir Dyterium Zelorious, the ever-energetic John Spiegel, and Miss Casiala Cilala, Puppetmistress extraordinaire!
If you are hungry, my friend Hyarkihdiaaspuh is a wonderful Chef, a Craftswoman in the Cooking Guild! I am currently working in the Boncrafting field myself, butaru my practice has stopped due to a gil and material shortage. D'oh!
Character Information
- Vyenpakakapaka was provided by the Name Generator, it wasn't something that I came up with or a foreign phrase with any significant meaning, that I know of.
- Vyen has silver (NOT GREY OR WHITE) hair, blue eyes, and a big, happy smile. He was once a very chubby little Taru, but has been exercising and is now only averagely chubby for a Taru.
- Vyen grew up in San d'Oria, after the death of his parents. He doesn't remember much before this time, as they supposedly died when he was only 12 (and, frankily, I haven't had time to write out his history that far), but his older brother Sushikayeshika (by minutes: they're twins) took care of him, and took Vyen on his various adventures with him. Vyen studied the arts of White Magic in order to be less of a burden and more of a contributor on Sushi's travels, and in fact saved his hide more than once.
- Vyen has the Tarutaru 'accentaru' or speech impediment. Saru-taru-waru-baru-taru-waru. OMGWHY!! XD
