Notes:

• Roams around the cliffs east of the starting point.
• Exclusively uses Poison Breath, which inflicts Water damage in a fan-shaped area of effect and inflicts strong poison (50HP/tic).
• Defeating Vishap will disable the Apocalyptic Beast's Poison Breath.
• If it is still alive when the Apocalyptic Beast is slain, it will despawn.

Historical Background

In Armenian folklore, it was a dragon that had extremely poisonous blood. Any weapon coated in its blood would kill instantly. This explains why Square-Enix chose Poison Breath as its move.
