Walkthrough

• If you've just completed the previous quest, Overnight Delivery, you need to zone before starting this quest.
• If you have triggered the repeatable quest, Say It with Flowers by speaking to Moari-Kaaori, you will need to complete it before Ohbiru-Dohbiru allows you to start this quest. Say It with Flowers will not show up in your quest log a second time, but Ohbiru-Dohbiru will not start this quest if you have spoken to Moari-Kaaori again until you have finished repeating his quest, as the Rhinostery researcher will be quizzing you on what kind of flower you need still.
• Ohbiru-Dohbiru in the Rhinostery asks you to go to Giddeus and get him some water from the spring there.
• Take the Rhinostery Canteen he gives you to Giddeus to spring (K-12) or (E-12) and fill it up for a Canteen of Giddeus Water and bring it back for your reward. This quest cannot be repeated if you have activated the quest Curses, Foiled A-Golem!?.

Summary:

Ohbiru-Dohburu is running out of the Giddeus water needed to raise Fluoro-flora. He wants you to take a Rhinostery canteen to the springs at the back off Giddeus in order to refill his supply.
