Galeserpent General Najelith must be in the Commoner's Ward/Al Zahbi (G-7) for this quest to be accessible or completable. If she is being held prisoner talking to Gaweesh will not lead to a cutscene.

• Talk to Gaweesh in Al Zahbi at G-8, who will tell you to speak with Najelith in Wajaom Woodlands during her off-duty hours.
• Obtain the Frayed Arrow by killing Aht Urhgan Attercops in Wajaom Woodlands or Bhaflau Thickets.
  • It may also be found under Auction House Category: Others > Misc.
• Head to the Giwahb Watchtower at F-5 in Wajaom Woodlands and trade the Frayed Arrow to the door there for a cutscene to complete this sidequest.
