Description
Surrounding Heavens Tower in Windurst Walls are five manors belonging to the retired former Ministers of Windurst. Zonpa-Zippa, the former Manustery Minister, used to live in his manor on the eastern bank of the swampy area. Since the end of the Great War, however, he has been missing and is presumed dead.
